To all our valued clients,

Good day!

This is to inform you that Deped will not remit loan deductions from your payroll account for the month of April 2020. The amount deducted will be refunded and will automatically be credited to your payroll account.

Please be reminded, however, that Wealthbank will not process the refund but the DepEd Regional Payroll Service Unit. Moreover, please take note that you do not have to pay for the refunded amortizations but the termination of monthly loan amortizations will automatically be extended by the DepEd RPSU.

Regarding loan amortization for May 2020, we are still waiting for updates from Deped if they will do the same as aforementioned.

Let us all hope for this crisis to end very soon. Let us all strengthen our faith. Please always stay at home.
