Credit and Collection Officer
We are looking for a proactive Credit and Collection Officer to strengthen our financial stability and maintain positive client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
✨ Monitor and manage overdue accounts via calls, SMS, and email
✨ Ensure timely billing and maintain accurate account records
✨ Address client inquiries and foster positive relationships
✨ Process payments, refunds, and investigate unpaid accounts
✨ Prepare collection reports and recommend process improvements
✨ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to resolve disputes

What We’re Looking For:
📃 Strong communication and negotiation skills
📊 Basic accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency
💼 Experience in sales or telemarketing (a plus!)
🕵️‍♂️ Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
