The public is hereby advised that an unauthorized and fraudulent page is falsely representing itself as our company and is illegally soliciting advance or processing fees from loan applicants.

Please be informed that our company does NOT require any advance, processing, or facilitation fees prior to loan approval or release. Any demand for upfront payment is fraudulent and should be treated as such.

We emphasize that this act constitutes misrepresentation and fraud. Our company is currently taking appropriate steps by reporting it to authorities .

Please note:
❌We DO NOT process loan applications via any messaging apps.
❌We DO NOT collect advance, processing, or reservation fees at any stage of the application.
❌We DO NOT conduct online contract signing
❗Borrowers are required to personally visit our office and sign loan documents.❗

We are actively working to have these fraudulent pages taken down. We also appreciate your help in reporting their page to Facebook to prevent others from being victimized.

📢 New Check Guidelines Effective July 1, 2025
Heads up! The Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC) will start strictly implementing new rules on check writing. Avoid getting your checks rejected by following the correct format for:
✅ Payee name (no “and/or Cash”)
✅ Date (MM-DD-YYYY)
✅ Amount in figures (no symbols!)
✅ Amount in words
✅ Signature

Make sure your checks are written properly to avoid delays in deposit or clearing.
