📢 TES GRANTEES – LANDBANK ACCOUNT REMINDER

To all Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grantees who have UNCOMPLIED or have not yet submitted their LandBank account details:

Please be reminded that non-compliance may result in non-receiving of TES funds for A.Y. 2026–2027, should CHED download the funds directly to TES student-grantees through their LandBank accounts.

👉Two (2) photocopies of your LandBank ATM card OR a screenshot of your LandBank iAccess account through the LandBank app, clearly showing your name and account number.
👉Two (2) photocopies of your Student ID with three (3) specimen signatures using a BLUE ballpen.

📌 REQUIREMENTS

For Student-Grantees:

●3 LONG- SIZED photocopies of a valid School ID
-Each photocopy must have 3 ORIGINAL signatures on the right side using a BLUE BALLPEN.
-The signatures must match the student’s signature at the back of the ID.

If the Student-Grantee Cannot Personally Appear:

●3 copies of an Authorization Letter with the ORIGINAL signature of the student-grantee
●3 LONG- SIZED photocopies of Valid government-issued ID of the authorized parent/guardian
Printed e-Gov IDs are NOT ACCEPTED.
●3 LONG- SIZED photocopies of a valid School ID
-Each photocopy must have 3 ORIGINAL signatures on the right side using a BLUE BALLPEN.
-The signatures must match the student’s signature at the back of the ID.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER
Please follow your assigned date and schedule.
👉 Afternoon schedules should NOT claim during the morning schedule.
Due to the large number of TES grantees, we will strictly follow the assigned schedules and will not accommodate those who come outside their scheduled time.

TES funds must be claimed on or before September 2, 2026. Any unclaimed funds after the grace period will be returned to CHED for liquidation compliance.

The SCC Scholarship Office is calling the attention of students who are interested in applying for the Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and Their Families (CoScho) for Academic Year 2026–2027.

To qualify, you must:
✅ Be enrolled in any of the following priority programs:

Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness
Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology
Bachelor of Science in Social Work
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

✅ Have a parent who is a registered coconut farmer with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA).

TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY (TES) APPLICATION

📋 Required Documents

Please prepare and submit the following requirements:

✅ Duly accomplished TES Application Form

✅ One (1) long-sized photocopy of your School ID with three (3) specimen signatures on the right side (please refer to the sample for the correct placement of the signatures)

✅ Photocopy of your PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

✅ Solo Parent ID (if applicable)

✅ PWD ID (if applicable)

✅ Municipal Link Certification (if applicable)

📝 Submission Instructions:
1. Fill out the TES Application Form completely and write clearly.
2. Ensure that all photocopies and supporting documents are clear, readable, and valid.
3. If your School ID is not yet available, you may submit your other required documents ahead of time. Simply submit a photocopy of your School ID once it becomes available.

Submit your requirements to the Scholarship Office on or before the deadline.

The Southern Christian College Scholarship Office is pleased to announce the validated list of Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP) grantees for Academic Year 2025–2026.

Important Reminder:
As required by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), all validated TDP grantees are REQUIRED to open a Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account for the processing and release of their financial assistance.

To make the application easier, students are advised to open an LBP PISO Account.
