of REALTORS® of USA(NAR-USA). All members of PAREB-MEXREB are REALTORS by virtue of the agreement of our mother board, PAREB and NAR-USA. One of our corporate goals is to professionalize the real estate industry in our area by having only licensed real estate brokers as our members who all adhere to a strict Code of Ethics which PAREB and NAR-USA both adheres to. By doing such, we believe that the public will be protected as our members are all licensed real estate brokers previously registered under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) of the Republic of the Philippines (for members), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the local government of Mexico (for MEXREB), will truly answer the real estate needs of the public, professionally and with integrity and honesty. With current passage, approval and signing into law of the Real Estate Service Act, real estate practice, we willl be under the regulation of the Professional Regulations Commission. By having this group under Facebook which we started at January 20, 2010, we are aiming that this will be instrumental in the dissemination of relevant real estate information not only to REALTORS®-Members, but also to serve as a link/window to the general public.
