ZMC CASH PALUWAGAN RULES & GUIDELINES
1. GENERAL TERMS:

2. PAYMENT TERMS
โข Payments can be monthly / 15-30 / depende sa sabot. Due date is end of the month (31st) with grace period from 27โ31 only. STRICTLY no extension beyond due date unless approved ( Grace period)
โข Late payments may result in:
โข Delay sa release
โข Possible removal sa group kung pila na ka mos
3. RELEASE OF CASH- AGAIN DELAYED ang RELEASED.
โข Release is based on schedule, assigned order.
โข Processing time is 7-10 days ma delayed ra abot ug 15 kung naa mga delayed members or more after confirmation, tungod sa kadako sa transactions nko like Big amount so I need time to transfer, Singil, etc .Usahay ang clients Dili makabayad dayun isa sa reason jud ni siya:
โข Possible delays due to:
โข Bank limits
โข Collection adjustments
Kung dili maka uyon, Ayaw mo pag join pls.
๐ But rest assured, tanan releases ma complete jud, Never ko nag pending unless ( BAD PAYER).
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
โข Cancellation is discouraged once confirmed.
โข If mag cancel:
โข Ikaw mangita ug PASALO SLOT (replacement)
โข Responsibility na nimo ang inconvenience. Kung gusto nmo makuha ang nabayad ikaw jud mangita if ang handler mag pasalo hatag deritso sa mag sunod.
โข Repeated cancellations = possible blacklisting
5. RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS
โข Be responsible sa payments (on time)
โข Maintain proper communication
โข Respect the system and handler
โข Join only if financially ready and committed ka.
6. GROUP CHAT (GC) POLICY
โข GC is for announcements & general instructions only
โข Avoid unnecessary messages / spam
โข Updates are limited l,we value privacy & focus sa operations. ( Dili taka paka ulawan sa gc)
โข For concerns, PM directly.
7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
โข All transactions & identities are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
โข Dili mi mag disclose ug client info
โข Respect each otherโs privacy
8. DELAYS & REALITY
โข Naay times naay delays due to:
โข Transfers
โข External factors
โข As a handler:
โข Maningkamot mi to update
โข Mubawi mi if needed
โข Ensure delivery

9. LEGAL ACTION
โข Failure to pay after release may result in:
โข Legal action (Small Claims Court)
โข Responsibility is both sides handler & members
10. FINAL REMINDER
โข If gusto ka fast transaction Ayaw join sa pal. Cash basis, If mag Paluwagan ka, Dapat naay patience, Commitment, Trust sa process.

11. If delayed mo sa akong pal lang gina times 2 nko ng ka Bad payer sa client pag ting release na unless naa valid reason.
12. If ever Bad Payer ka and delayed ka mubayad nko tapos ikaw na reciever akong ipa Fully paid tanan payable nmo para mahuman imong problem sa ako. Duha ta mahuman ang prob dili ka maka cause ug stress sa uban tao as well as wala nakay problem in the future. So please maging GOOD PAYER ta pls.๐
13. Please ko po na mag Bayad ta On time kay para dili ma balhin sa last slot hah!๐ Palihug on time kay para walay ma ligsan na other clients.
