ZMC CASH PALUWAGAN RULES & GUIDELINES
1. GENERAL TERMS:
•Ang Cash Paluwagan is a commitment-based system, dili ni pwede sa dili sure Mao Ayaw jud pag join kung walay pambayad ug dili agree sa terms. By joining, you agree to follow all rules and schedules. This is built on trust, discipline, and responsibility. Dili mi perfect, but we always make sure na matuman tanan releases on expected dates.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
• Payments can be monthly / 15-30 / depende sa sabot. Due date is end of the month (31st) with grace period from 27–31 only. STRICTLY no extension beyond due date unless approved ( Grace period)
• Late payments may result in:
• Delay sa release
• Possible removal sa group kung pila na ka mos
3. RELEASE OF CASH- AGAIN DELAYED ang RELEASED.
• Release is based on schedule, assigned order.
• Processing time is 1–7 days after confirmation, tungod sa kadako sa transactions nko like Big amount so I need time to transfer, Singil, etc .
• Possible delays due to:
• Bank limits
• Collection adjustments
👉 But rest assured, tanan releases ma complete jud, Never ko nag pending unless ( BAD PAYER).
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation is discouraged once confirmed.
• If mag cancel:
• Ikaw mangita ug PASALO SLOT (replacement)
• Responsibility na nimo ang inconvenience. Kung gusto nmo makuha ang nabayad ikaw jud mangita if ang handler mag pasalo hatag deritso sa mag sunod.
• Repeated cancellations = possible blacklisting
5. RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS
• Be responsible sa payments (on time)
• Maintain proper communication
• Respect the system and handler
• Join only if financially ready and committed ka.
6. GROUP CHAT (GC) POLICY
• GC is for announcements & general instructions only
• Avoid unnecessary messages / spam
• Updates are limited l,we value privacy & focus sa operations. ( Dili taka paka ulawan sa gc)
• For concerns, PM directly.
7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
• All transactions & identities are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
• Dili mi mag disclose ug client info
• Respect each other’s privacy
8. DELAYS & REALITY
• Naay times naay delays due to:
• Transfers
• External factors
• As a handler:
• Maningkamot mi to update
• Mubawi mi if needed
• Ensure delivery

9. LEGAL ACTION
• Failure to pay after release may result in:
• Legal action (Small Claims Court)
• Responsibility is both sides handler & members
10. FINAL REMINDER
• If gusto ka fast transaction Ayaw join sa pal. Cash basis, If mag Paluwagan ka, Dapat naay patience, Commitment, Trust sa process.

11. If delayed mo sa akong pal lang gina times 2 nko ng ka Bad payer sa client pag ting release na unless naa valid reason.
