Storm Water Detention Facilities are designed to temporarily collect and store excess rainwater during heavy rainfall, helping reduce stormwater runoff, manage water flow, and minimize flood risks within the development.

Instead of allowing heavy rainwater to overwhelm the drainage system, this facility provides additional capacity to detain, manage, and gradually release excess water, while stored water may also be reused for landscaping.

This integrated approach to water management helps make Northwin Global City a more flood-resilient and sustainable township—giving residents, businesses, and investors greater confidence in a community planned with long-term climate and environmental resilience in mind.

The North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) is a 147-kilometer railway system with approximately 35 stations, designed to connect Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and CALABARZON—bringing faster, more convenient, and more efficient mobility to millions of Filipinos.

The DOTr is targeting partial operations from Valenzuela to Malolos, Bulacan by the 4th quarter of 2027.
