Naglabas ang BIR ng RMC Nos. 089-2026 at 095-2026 na nag-extend ng certain tax compliance deadlines dahil sa recent disruptions at eBIRForms Offline Package issue.

Para sa taxpayers covered by RMC 089-2026 whose specific filing, payment, remittance, or submission is also covered by RMC 095-2026.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ AUGUST 17, 2026
Para sa obligations na covered by RMC 089-2026 pero hindi kasama sa RMC 095-2026.

โš ๏ธ NO EXTENSION
Kung hindi ka covered ng either issuance, original deadline pa rin. At kung eFPS taxpayer ka na hindi identified under RMC 089-2026, hindi ka covered ng RMC 095 extension.
