We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Account Coordinator to manage client accounts from start to finish — from quotations to collections and after-sales support.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with insurance and service inquiries
• Prepare quotations and coordinate claims or repairs
• Monitor payments and follow up on collections
• Ensure excellent after-sales service
• Keep client records updated and organized

Qualifications:
• With experience in customer service, sales, or admin
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Knows how to multitask and solve problems
• Bonus: Background in insurance or auto services
