Inatasan ni LTO Chief, Assistant Secretaty Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II si Executive Director, Atty, Greg G. Pua, Jr. na maglabas ng bagong Administrative Order na isasama ang mga mungkahi ng iba't-ibang stakeholders.

Ang memorandum na ito ay epektibo simula October 23, 2024.
