PUP has no control over the listings regarding which semesters and school years the grantees will receive funding.

CHED TDP NCR has informed OSFA today, May 21, 2026, about the availability of checks for the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees.

✏️You may claim your check at CHED NCR Office, located at Quezon City University Compound, Philippine Metal Casting Assoc. Inc. Building, 673 Quirino Highway, San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.

✏️Please bring the following documents when claiming your check:

📌Two valid IDs (original and photocopy) with three (3) specimen signatures below the photocopy of your ID. (Preferably, School ID, and PhilHealth ID)

If you wish for an authorized representative (immediate family only) to claim your check, the representative must bring and present the following documents to the cashier unit:

☑️Authorization letter duly signed by the student-grantee.

☑️Original and photocopy of valid IDs for both the student-grantee and the authorized representative, with three (3) specimen signatures.

☑️Photocopy of the Landbank ATM Card under the student-grantee's name, with his/her three (3) specimen signatures beside the photocopy of the ATM card.

NOTE: If the grantee is not personally present to claim the check and wishes to authorize an immediate family member to claim it, please be advised that the check will be crossed and will no longer be cashable by the grantee. Instead, it must be directly deposited into the grantee's personal savings account under their name.

DSWD-KALAHI-CIDSS: CASH-FOR-WORK-PROGRAM 2026

Qualifications:
1) College Students (for PUP Sta. Mesa only);
2) One (1) member per family;
3) Previous CFWP beneficiaries that did not complete the 2025 CFWP 90 days engagement;
4) Must not have participated in any Cash-For-Work Program (CFWP) under the DSWD Disaster Response Management Division.

Scholarship Benefits:
1) Financial Assistance;
2) Psychological Support - Case Management ;
3) Career Development & Enhancement Interventions.

Requirements:
1) CFWP Profile Form/Beneficiary Agreement (Please proceed to Scholars' Lounge, Charlie Del Rosario Bldg., PUP Main to fill out this form and submit all the required documents) ;
2) Parental Consent (Age 15-17 years old) ;
3) Valid Government ID;
4) Brgy. Certificate of Eligibility/Indigency ;
5) PUP Certificate of Registration (COR)

CHED UniFAST NCR has instructed our office to inform the grantees regarding the release of TES grants for the 1st Semester, AY 2024–2025.

(All requirements must be printed or photocopied on long-size bond paper and submitted in three (3) sets.)

SUBMISSION DETAILS

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

☑️ Please submit clear and presentable copies of your requirements.
☑️ Late submissions beyond the stated deadline will not be accepted.
☑️ Please ensure that all instructions are strictly followed and that all required information and documents are correctly provided.

📌All requirements collected after the deadline will be submitted for fund release on the next working day. The request will be forwarded to the PUP Accounting Office and other offices that will process the documents for fund release. Please expect 2–3 weeks of processing time, or possibly longer depending on the volume of work in the offices handling the request. These offices will verify the submitted requirements and Landbank accounts to ensure that the accounts are active. Since we have a large number of grantees for this batch, checking individual accounts may take time.

Upon receipt of the credited grants, OSFA will post an announcement on its page. If there is no announcement yet, it means that the request for release is still being processed.

Starting AY 2025–2026, scholarship fund disbursements will be processed directly by CHED. PUP has no control over CHED’s processing timeline, and any discrepancies in the provided lists are beyond our control. PUP’s role is limited to announcing submission deadlines and ensuring compliance. CHED will automatically delist scholars for non-compliance; therefore, timely submission is strongly encouraged.
