A lot of my clients asked me before meetings "Sha, paano ko ba malalaman yung tamang plan para sakin? Pipili na lang ba ako ng plan?"
Actually, there are many factors that needs to be consider before getting a plan.
Personally, I don't meet my clients na meron na agad akong nakaready na proposal. On the spot akong gumagawa. Bakit? Kasi as a Financial Advocate, I just don't sell. I educate them by
✅ Conducting cash-flow analysis: Dito namin nalalaman if how much % you are willing to allocate or save for an emergency funds or insurance
✅ Setting an urgency: In this industry, we have what we called "90days activation" before you actually activate your claims in CIs
✅ Analyzing your own "Financial Building Blocks". This will help mafill-up yung mga gaps if ano ba yung kulang sayo in your current age now
✅ Checking to see if you are still capable to apply - if you are still
healthy or not
✅ Current work and status in life - if breadwinner ka ba, already have a family, may dependencies ba, or wala
Kapag nadaanan na namin ni client yan lahat, then doon na ako magpapakita ng mga potential plans na fit sakanya based sa needs nya. Usually 2-3 plans - good, better, and best.
Kaya I always encourage my friends and families to have a quick meeting with me first. Kwentuhan lang and catch-up then I can guarantee you a quality plans na fit for you. 🤗
