: As part of nationwide efforts to further strengthen opportunities for farmers, fishers, and agri-entrepreneurs, and in support of the National Government's UPLIFT Program, LANDBANK officially rolled out the Agrisenso Plus Lending Program and ASCEND in Camarines Sur on April 29, 2026, at the Camarines Sur Convention Center in Pili.

This initiative also supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to boost local agricultural production and help ease the economic impact of the current energy crisis by bringing accessible financing, digital banking solutions, and capacity-building support closer to rural communities across the province.🌾🐟

Joining the rollout were LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz, Executive Vice Presidents Charlotte I. Conde and Marilou L. Villafranca, alongside local and national partners including Camarines Sur Governor Luis Raymund Villafuerte Jr., Pili Mayor Marivic B. Solano, and Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Asis G. Perez.

Also present were representatives from key partner agencies such as the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), National Food Authority (NFA), Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), and National Irrigation Administration (NIA)—highlighting a whole-of-government effort to uplift the agriculture sector.

Sealed through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on 27 April 2026, the partnership under the ADFIAPNET project introduces the cloud‑based ABANX Core Banking System, with Cooperative Bank of Cotabato serving as the Mindanao pilot site, bringing smarter, more inclusive banking closer to local communities.
