More than 150,000 new cancer cases are recorded in the Philippines each year (Philippine Cancer Society - SunStar 2026). In 2025, cancer accounts for nearly 60% of Pru Life UK's critical illness claims. The claims amounted to nearly 330 Million pesos in that one year alone.

Another Promise Delivered 📕

In August 2022, one of my close friends got her first policy with me from Pru Life UK for only ₱3,000/month, a simple step to secure her future sabi nga nya.

Last year 2025, after ng kanyang routine check-up and several lab tests, she underwent surgery and was later diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Thankfully, her policy was already 3 years old, kaya lampas na ito sa contestability period.

Around February, , I assisted her in preparing and submitting all the necessary documents for her claim. By God’s grace, after just one month, she received ₱250,000 Critical Illness benefit and ₱7,000 Daily Hospital Income (DHI). ❤️
