In this pivotal role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping and reporting. As a CPA, you'll bring valuable expertise and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of financial accountability within our company.

Roles and Responsibilities :

📌 Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
📌 Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
📌 Manage month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
📌 File taxes with the BIR and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.
📌 Manage salary processing/payroll
📌 Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
📌 Prepare reports, as required

The Ideal Candidate :

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CPA
✔️ 2-3 years of experience in accounting
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
✔️ Experience with financial reporting and analysis
✔️ Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Team player, hardworking, and self-driven leader
✔️ Ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders

Note: Only certified CPA will be shortlisted.

This is a hybrid role 3 days in office, 2 days wfh per week.

Your Day-to-Day:
