The primary objective of Pos-Fil MTC is to conduct and provide development training for both domestic and international pool of wo

rkforce in sea based outsourcing services and to provide qualified and competent instructors and assessors who will teach and finally assess and evaluate all trainees if they are competent enough based on standards set by the Pillars of the International Maritime Organization. Pos-Fil MTC is further committed to explore all areas of its personnel expertise to meet the demands of the seafaring industry, the stakeholder, and the national and international regulatory and statutory regulations. Pos-Fil MTC which is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision effective January 14, 2010 holds offices at the 5th and 6th floors of Jemarsons Place, 1626 Pilar Hidalgo Lim St., Malate, Manila. Due to management reorganization, and long term expansion plans, the company has changed its name to SEALAND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTER INC. The company envisions to also offer wide array of training services catering not just the sea-based but also the land-based sector. Gaudencio C.
