Requirements for all the applicants:
1. The applicant must have a Chinese surname of Chua (蔡) or Cua (柯).
2. The applicant must be studying in a Chinese school for elementary and high school students.
3. The applicant must submit a copy of their report card through email with their application form.
4. The applicant must submit a copy of their school’s assessment form or an official receipt prior the release of cheque through email.
5. The applicant must bring their student ID when claiming the cheque.

Kinds of Grants and Scholarship
1. Honor Students Scholarship
- Students who have achieved academic excellence the past school year will be given grants.
- The applicant must submit a proof of their honor.
2. Scholarship for Economically Disadvantaged Elementary and High School Students
(E & H)
- The applicant must be in elementary or in high school.
3. Scholarship for Economically Disadvantaged College Students (C)
- The applicant must be in college.
3.1 Regular Collegiate Scholarship
3.2 Regular Medical School Scholarship
- The applicant must be studying a medical related program.
4. The Late Lady Chua Lim Piak Sim Scholarship 蔡故林碧心女士补助金 (L)
- For those applicants whose parent/s have passed away and have good grades.
5. The Late Director Chua Giok Hong and his wife Scholarship 蔡故理事玉峰洎曾淑燕夫妇优秀清寒族生奖学金 (GH)
- The applicant must have scores that are 85 and above.
6. Medical Scholarship
- The applicant must be studying a medical proper course.
6.1 The Late Chua Ka Siong and his son Chua Ping Sim Scholarship 蔡故理事嘉祥洎名誉理事宾森先生助学金
6.2 The Late Honorable Director Chua Gi Sang and his wife Scholarship 蔡故名誉理事宜送洎张素贞夫妇助学金
7. The Late Chua Yan Ching Scholarship 蔡故燕清小姐物理治疗系补助金 (A)
- For those applicants who study physical therapy.
8. The Late Chua Pai Bio Scholarship 蔡故派谋先生清寒优秀族生补助金 (PB)
- Applicants must have scores that are 85 and above in both English and Chinese.
