The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) advises all concerned taxpayers, Revenue officials, and employees currently using the eBIRForms Offline Package to download and install the latest version, eBIRForms Offline Package Version 7.9.6.0 or 7.9.6.1.

Older versions of the eBIRForms Offline Package will be discontinued and will no longer be supported.

Taxpayers are encouraged to update at the earliest opportunity and carefully follow the procedures in the accompanying User Manual, particularly those covering the backup and restoration of previously saved tax returns and related data.

✅ Saklaw ng programa:
• Delinquent accounts hanggang December 31, 2025
• Assessments (preliminary o final, disputed man o hindi) hanggang December 31, 2025
• Open Stop-Filer Cases hanggang December 31, 2025, kabilang ang mga tumigil na sa operasyon

⏳ DEADLINE: December 31, 2026

Ayon kay Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go, ang One-Time Tax Abatement Program ng BIR ay bahagi ng patuloy na Ease of Doing Business at Ease of Paying Taxes reforms ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
Layunin nitong tulungan ang qualified micro taxpayers na ayusin ang kanilang tax records at maresolba ang mga dating obligasyon sa BIR.

Maaaring mag-apply ang mga kwalipikadong micro taxpayers hanggang Disyembre 31, 2026.
