LIST OF UNREGISTERED ONLINE LENDING PLATFORMS
The Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines (SEC) has released a list of unregistered Online Lending Platforms (OLPs), including mobile applications, websites, and pages that are not authorized to engage in lending activities.
This action is in line with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series of 2021.
