minimum. meal allowance if ma timing meal time ang delivery. naay night differential if night shift. ig regular na after 6months sugod na contribute sss pagibig philhealth. also union benefits. sick and vacation leave gradually increase to 30days per year in 3yrs service. separation pay 15days per year of service or retirement pay 20days per year of service. 3k yearly medicine allowance. one sack rice per year. after 10 yrs service enroll na sa health insurance
