Networks Technical Group, responsible for the deployment of complex customer
requirements and handling fault escalation in the region in line of legacy communication
system (Siemens Hicom 150 & 300) to IP Converged communication platform (Siemens
HiPath 4000, Unify
OpenScape 4000, and Unify OpenScape Business X1,X3,X5 & X8), the
latest pure IP and Unified Communication portfolio (OpenScape Voice and OpenScape
Business S), Contact Center and Unified Messaging applications. They have obtained their
technical competence through product & service training at Siemens headquarters in
Munich Germany for HiPath 4000 Pro Center V7 , Regional Training Center in Singapore
for Hicom 300, Local Training Centers in Siemens at Salcedo Towers Makati and ETSI
Technologies for HiPath 3000 & 4000, Training Center in Sta. Clara and Texas, USA for
Siemens Rolm PABX and Siemens Phonemail system and Regional Training Center in
New Delhi, Mumbai Idia, Thailand and Indonesia for the Unify HiPath 4000 V6 and
OpenScape 4000 V7; OpeScape Voice (OSV); OpenScape CC; OpenScape Office;
OpeScape X’pression; OpenScape Business (OSBiz) . One of the founders was also
delegated in Singapore as 2nd level technical support for Siemens Communication
Enterprises to different countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia,
Philippines, Hongkong, China & Singapore. Aside from Siemens products, we had attended
also product and service training for Avaya IP Office and NEC. These training programs
provide assurance to our customers that GSTI can cope with the demands of increasing
