We are looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused professionals to join our Inbound Collection Campaign. If you communicate well, enjoy solving problems, and are driven to achieve results, this could be your next career move.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle inbound calls professionally and confidently
• Assist customers in understanding and resolving their account balances
• Identify payment concerns and offer appropriate resolution options
• Negotiate payment commitments while delivering a respectful customer experience
• Maintain accurate account documentation
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Follow company procedures and applicable collection guidelines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• U.S. collections experience is preferred but not required
• Strong English communication and active-listening skills
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working toward performance targets
• Resilient, motivated, and open to coaching
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willing to work the schedule required by the campaign
