Job Description
• Assists Claims Supervisor/Specialist in claims operations of an insurance brokerage.
• Coordination with clients, insurance companies, and account officers in claims processing and settlement.
• Maintains claim records/reports.
• Attends to customers’ claim questions and concerns.
• Monitors claims systems and recommends new or revised policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with motor shops, adjusters, clients, and other external parties involved in processing customer claims, if necessary.
Job Specifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS-Excel.
• Graduate of any four-year college course.
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in claims processing/administration(insurance company/brokerage/agency).
• Required skill(s): non-life insurance, claims operations. Knowledge of life & health/medical claims processing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the application of claims guidelines and policies.
• Able to start immediately.
