The staff members are regularly trained through in-house programs and regular dialogues and briefings from executives and consultants.

The firm’s Board Chairman - Atty. Acyatan (CPA-MBA), is an acknowledged national/regional leader in accountancy (PICPA Hall of Famer and past president of PICPA, the ASEAN Federation of Accountants and founding chairman—CPA-Lawyers’ Association of the Philippines). Managing Partner Arminda A. Guerrero (CPA-Lawyer), Senior Partner Efren N. Acyatan (CPA-MBA), and the firm’s senior auditors are experts in their respective lines. The partners are also consultants of business entities and financial institutions (ADB-WB, BSP, PDIC, DBP, USAID/CMAP). The firm’s manpower resources include “on-call” consultants in: appraisal, banking, taxation, credit, construction, training and realty brokerage.
