One of the most beautiful parts of building a team is realizing that the seeds you planted years ago can still bear fruit today. ๐ฅน
Recently, BM Vhan met with one of her incoming recruits โ and this story was extra special.
Her incoming recruit is the daughter of her former director back when she was still with Sara Lee. At that time, the recruit was only around 2 years old.
BM Vhan shared that whenever she visited the Meycauayan branch, she would always bring a small bag of candies, Play-Doh, stickers, and stamps for the kids.
Years later, during their meeting, this young woman remembered those moments and shared that they were one of the highlights of her childhood. ๐ฅฒ
She even said that when BM Vhan left the Meycauayan branch, she felt like there was nothing much to do there anymore.

Sometimes, we donโt realize how the little things we do โ the small kindness, the extra effort, the excellence we bring into our work โ can leave a lasting impact on people.
And now, years later, she wants to join BM Vhanโs team.
She shared that several people had already reached out to her, but it was her mom who mentioned BM Vhan to her.
