Ukrainian crypto influencer Konstantin Galish, known as “Kostya Kudo,” was the co-founder and CEO of Cryptology Key, a trading academy with a large following. He was found dead in his Lamborghini on October 11, 2025, shocking the crypto community during one of the year’s steepest market crashes.

Authorities said preliminary findings point to self-inflicted causes, discovered hours after Trump’s tariff announcement sent markets into freefall. Reports suggest the crash may have wiped out his fund’s value and left him facing overwhelming financial and emotional pressure.

After his death, unverified sources claimed he had lost at least $30 million of client money, while others said a $65 million fund he managed had collapsed during the crash. Police found a firearm beside him and opened an investigation under Article 115 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code covering intentional homicide, including su***de.

The investing public can now purchase the government’s 31st offering of the Retail Treasury Bonds (RTB 31) through e-wallet platform GCash’s GBonds feature.

The government, through the Bureau of Treasury (BTr), raised P210 billion during the rate-setting auction for the five-year RTB 31 with a gross interest rate of 6% per annum.

The public, including GCash users who signed up for GBonds, can place a buy order for the RTB 31 from August 5 until the end of the offer period on August 15.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has deemed that mobile payment providers Apple Pay and Google Pay do not qualify as operators of payment systems (OPS) in the country as they do not plan to hold funds for Filipino users, removing the need for prior registration.
