President Gener Luciano, together with Division Chiefโ€“Comptrollership Ms. Ellaine Carla Pasco and IT Head Mr. John Carlo Sayo, attended the โ€œLeading Through Uncertainty: Turning Disruption into Directionโ€ Leadership Lab by Guthrie-Jensen.

The session focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, embracing change, navigating uncertainty, and turning challenges and disruptions into opportunities for growth and purposeful action.

PFMBAI continues to invest in learning and leadership development, equipping its leaders and key personnel with the knowledge and mindset needed to respond effectively to a changing environment and deliver better service to its members.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธโœจ
