Tam-an BMPC Mallig Branch TAM-AN BMPC is a multipurpose cooperative duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority. The cooperative was founded in 1991 by Mr. Jose D. Tomas Sr.

Our Head Office is strategically located in Poblacion South, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. Tam-an BMPC has 84 credit branches strategically located across 13 provinces including Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Isabela, Quirino, Benguet, La Union, Aurora, La Union, Cagayan, Kalinga and Pangasinan as well as in four regions: Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and CAR. The co

operative is also engaged in the successful management of 15 allied businesses such as the Tam-an Mt. Resort and Hotel, equipped with its own cafรฉ and restaurant and a world-class Olympic pool; Tam-an Events Place and Hotel in Diffun, Quirino; eight (10) gasoline stations; a construction supply business; and commercial stalls; 1 Legacy Savers; and 1 Coop Assurance Center; two (2) Subsidiary Partners including Tam-an Agritech Tourism and Training Center, a technical and vocational school; Foundation, Tam-an Tomas Damayan Foundation. As we continue to grow and evolve, our mission to serve our amazing members remains steadfast. Tam-an BMPC was honored to participate in the SAFECCO Annual General Assembly 2026 held on May 8, 2026, at the Rochdale OLLSMPC Building in Divisoria, Santiago City. The gathering served as a meaningful opportunity for cooperatives to reflect on milestones achieved, strengthen partnerships, and take part in shaping a stronger and more sustainable future for the cooperative movement.

Present during the event were our Board Chairperson Dir. Melchor Carnate, Jr., Ethics Committee Member Ptr. Daniel Buyucan, and our dedicated Branch Managers Ms. Stephanie Rivera, Ms. Aileen Seraspi, and Mr. Albert Nadun-op, together with the Tam-an BMPC delegation.

Our Cooperative joins the FIRST CO-OP BANK Cooperative Immersion Program held last May 3โ€“7, 2026, with the participation of delegates from the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, and Nepal, together with an ACCU representative.

Representing our Cooperative were Ms. Cheryl Camhit, ICT Division Head and Ms. Ruth Ann Dimmangna, Internal Auditor who gained valuable insights on cooperative banking excellence, digital transformation, institutional sustainability, and the importance of strong government partnership in strengthening cooperative systems.

One of the major highlights of the immersion was learning how CoopBank Vietnam successfully implemented digital transformation as part of its national strategy, while continuously supporting Primary Cooperatives through refinancing, liquidity assistance, and effective monitoring systems.

This meaningful experience further strengthens Tam-an BMPCโ€™s commitment to innovation, growth, and building a more sustainable future for cooperatives and communities.
