| RE-ECHO WORKSHOP |

The staff of Lagawe MDC Malaybalay Satellite attended an insightful Customer Excellence for Co-operators Re-echo Workshop, led by Ms. Elly Dupingay. With the aim to deliver excellent customer service, the team engaged in an insightful, productive, and cooperative discussion, resulting with an upgraded understanding of the value of customer excellence for the benefit of our member-owners.

🌟In the spirit of coopeartion, the session focused on how to serve with empathy and proactive solution, and a responsive excellence our member-owners deserve, incorporating the cooperative principles and values in implementing customer excellence in our day to day service.

🌟We are leaving this session inspired and ready to serve our members better, because we believe that when we grow together, we thrive together!

This important gathering brings members together to review the cooperative’s progress, exercise their rights and responsibilities, and actively participate in key decision-making processes. As the highest policy-making body of the cooperative, the General Assembly serves as a platform for transparency, accountability, and democratic governance, including the election of new officers who will lead the organization in the coming term.

Today, we attended the Joint Provincial and City Cooperative Development Framework Presentation for the strengthening of our cooperatives in Malaybalay City and in the Province of Bukidnon.
