A lot of Filipinos are hardworking.
But not many are entrepreneurial.
Hardworking naman talaga ang Pinoys:
1. Willing mag OTY.
2. Ok lang gumising ng 6am para sa 9am na pasok tapos uuwi ng 7pm, nasa bahay ng 9pm.
3. Basta may sweldo, gagawin ang lahat, ma meet lang ang quota at hindi mapagalitan ng boss.
4. Our OFWs are known for their kasipagan.
But why is it difficult to transititon from being an Employee to Entrepreneur?
1. Because we have been trained to think like employees by our employee parents.
2. We are trained to follow a schedule, a task, rather than create and nurture our own ideas and strategies.
3. We are trained to think within the box instead of creating networks.
4. We are trained to receive money 15th and 30th instead of creating millions ourselves.
5. Because most don't want rejection, most don't want to invest. What most people want is to spend.
There is nothing wrong with employment. Some people really become CEO and are very good at it.
But if one wants to do business and be a full-fledged business owner someday, one needs to transititon his mindset and habits to that of a successful entrepreneur! 🤩
Morning all! Happy Monday all! 🙂
