Tanong mo rin ba yan? I've been getting messages like this sa page.

Tara! Let's do the math. 😁

Based on the sample rates in the table:

• Digital bank: around ₱11.84 million
• Government bond: around ₱6.55 million
• Pag-IBIG MP2: around ₱5.06 million
• REITs: around ₱6.67 million

Seems impossible if goal mo is isang bagsakan, diba?

San ka naman kukuha ng milyon in this economy. Hahaha.

But, it only shows us that building a meaningful passive income takes time, capital and consistency.

Now, wag mo muna isipin yung ₱30K agad.

Start muna with your first passive income goal na ₱1K. Then, gradually increase it as your capital grows.

Building wealth takes time.

Syempre kung legal. Haha. Lol. 🤣

Ikaw, magkano ang target monthly passive income mo?

Some people are tired, not because they’re lazy
but because they’ve been strong for too long.

Not all exhaustion comes from work.
Sometimes it comes from holding everything together while pretending you’re fine.

From being the go-to person,
the “ikaw na lang, ikaw na ulit,”
while no one asks kung okay ka pa ba.

It’s easy to say “Rest ka muna.”
But harder when resting means
someone else won’t eat, or a bill won’t get paid.

And we don’t talk about that enough.

We praise the resilient ones, but rarely ask
“Kumusta ka na?”

At minsan meron ngang nangangamusta pero…
“May 1k ka ba dyan”😭

Life..

Hoping that one day you can breathe… saying..
“This time, ako muna”

Pero baka wala ring ganun, mahal mo sila e..

For everyone experiencing this at hindi sumusuko..

May God bless you more!

Hindi pagiging madamot ‘yan — tawag diyan being wise.

I saw a trending TikTok post that has now been circulating in different social media platforms asking the audiences to drop their signs na medyo umahon na ang buhay nila kesa dati. And the comments made me appreciate the little things that I failed to be grateful for.

The top comments were:

"𝘏𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯 𝘯𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘮 𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘬𝘦."

"𝘈𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘱𝘸𝘦𝘥𝘦 𝘯𝘢 𝘬𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘑𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘦."

"𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙣𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙞 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨."

I was left teary-eyed while reading the comments. For a moment, I reflected, and I came into realization that even if I still have more things that I want to have, there were already situations that I have now outgrown. That although there were battles I lost, there were small wins that I should be grateful for, and every win, no matter how small, should count.

Please don’t wait until your body forces you to rest before you start taking care of it.

Exercise while you still can. Eat better while you have the choice. Get checked even when you feel okay. And protect yourself financially while you’re still healthy.

Because at the end of the day, your family doesn’t just need the money you bring home.

They need you to come home, too. ❤️

Exercise while you still can. Eat better while you have the choice. Rest when your body needs it. And get insured while you’re still healthy enough to qualify.

Because the more you visit hospitals, the more you realize how precious good health really is.

You’ll see families sleeping on uncomfortable chairs, parents quietly worrying about hospital bills, children waiting outside rooms, and loved ones praying for just one more chance to bring someone home.

Some are willing to spend everything they’ve saved just to see someone they love get better.

The ordinary life we’re living today is the very life someone in a hospital is praying to have back.

Take care of your health. Protect your family. Don’t wait until life reminds you how valuable both are.

Small or big, utang is still utang. And it deserves to be paid.

When someone lends you money, they're not just giving you cash. They're giving you their trust. They’re choosing to help you in a moment of need, believing that you’ll honor your word and pay them back.

And if you genuinely can’t pay on time, communicate. Be honest. Give an update. Make an effort. Hindi man laging kayang magbayad agad, kayang magpakita ng respeto at accountability.

Because paying your debt, no matter how small, says a lot about your character. Hindi lang ito tungkol sa pera. It’s about responsibility, respect, honesty, and integrity.

Remember: The amount you owe may be small, but the trust you break can cost so much more.

So yes, maliit man o malaki, utang is still utang. And if you borrow money, make it a point to pay it back.

Your word is your word. Your responsibility is your responsibility. And a debt is a debt. Always.

Being the breadwinner changes you.

You start making decisions not just for yourself, but for everyone depending on you.

At minsan, kahit pagod ka na, you’ll still choose to show up — kasi alam mong walang ibang aasahan.

So if you’re one of them, this is your reminder:

You’re doing enough. You’re giving enough.
And one day, all the love you’ve poured out — babalik din sa’yo nang doble.🤗

YOU CAN REBUILD A BUSINESS. YOU CAN EARN MONEY AGAIN. BUT YOU CAN’T ALWAYS BUY BACK YOUR HEALTH.

I’ve been thinking about this lately.

We work overtime. We build businesses. We save money. We sacrifice sleep.

But what if that day comes too late?

Imagine spending 20 years building your savings, only to spend most of it on hospital bills.

Imagine finally having enough money to travel with your family, but your body can no longer keep up.

Imagine working so hard to give your children a better future, only to realize that what they need most is more time with you.

That’s the part we rarely think about.

Health isn’t just about living longer. It’s about being there for the life you’re working so hard to build.

Kaya please, habang may pagkakataon pa:

Make time to exercise. Kahit 30 minutes a day.

Eat better. Get enough sleep. Don’t ignore your checkups.

And if you can afford it, get health insurance and critical illness coverage. Not because you expect something bad to happen, but because you don’t want one diagnosis to wipe out everything you’ve worked for.

Remember, exercise helps reduce health risks. Insurance helps protect your finances. Neither guarantees that you won’t get sick, but both are worth preparing for.

Because what’s the point of building wealth if you lose your health along the way?

Your family doesn’t just need your income.

They need you.

Healthy enough to make memories. Strong enough to enjoy the years ahead. Present enough to watch your children grow.

Don’t spend your whole life making a living that you forget to protect the life you’re living.
