BPI's commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent comes to life by creating meaningful experiences for young talent to discover what a career with purpose can look like.

Through the Ayala Group Summer Internship Program 2026 (AGSIP), BPI interns spent six weeks immersed in experiences that went beyond the workplace—from discovering the legacy and impact of the Ayala Group, sharpening their collaboration skills through a Mystery Manila challenge, learning from industry leaders, and putting their ideas to the test through the much-anticipated hackathon.

Along the way, they shared the journey with fellow interns from across the Ayala Group, creating connections and gaining perspectives that made the experience even more meaningful.

More than an internship, AGSIP gave them an opportunity to explore where their potential could take them and imagine the possibilities ahead.
