𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: The best time to avail HMO and Health Insurance plan is when you are still healthy. Kasi pag may sakit na or pre-existing conditions, may mga exclusions na sa benefits. So by the time na you badly need it, hindi mo to magagamit agad.

There are prepaid cards na covered ang preexisting conditions but limited lang ang coverage.
