We are about to launch a marketplace called eMAX , a platform to exchange Movable assets

If youre not familiar with the term it just basicaly means anything thats not fixed (eg land) can fall into this category

the ones that immediately come to mind are
1)supply chain assets such as Receivables, POs , and warehouse receipts
2) chattel (vehicles, equipment, software, etc)
3) collectibles ( art, watches, jewelry, etc)

The eMax platform automatically sends transactions done here to a registry, which makes your ownership of the asset a metter of public record.

So why is this important? Well....if you can establish ownership rights then logically you can also pass those rights along, to say, a creditor or investor. Meaning.... you can use the eMax platform to MONETIZE these assets either thru a SALE or a LOAN.
