📢 We’re hiring for the following Contact Center roles:

💼 Better Banking Specialist (Agent)
• Able to multitask and manage various types of client interactions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule (24/7), including holidays and weekends

💼 Team Leader
• At least 3 years of Contact Center experience as a Team Lead in any BPO setup
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
• Strong communication and coordination skills; assertive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

💼 Training Officer
• At least 3–5 years of experience in designing, facilitating, and administering training programs and learning initiatives; Contact Center experience is an advantage
• Experience in CSAT recovery or a background in Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Satisfaction is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite at the Makati Head Office
