We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year. We would like to thank you all for your support during the past year.

In 2024, junca Holdings will continue to move forward steadily with our projects in order to make it the year of "RYUMONHIYAKU (Dragon Gate Leap Forward) ".
This year, we will be able to provide more concrete progress reports on our projects than ever before to those who have supported us. First of all, we will be making an announcement at the end of January, so please stay tuned.

Thank you to your support, 2023 has been a year in which many people have become aware of and supported the junca Platform Project. Your support has been an encouragement and a driving force for us to be where we are today. As we begin a new year, we will continue to strive for even greater growth and to provide the world with the services it needs. We will continue to take responsibility and strive to deepen our partnership with you this year.

【Notice】Office blessing ceremony has been held

Thank you very much for your continued support of our project.

As we announced recently, we needed to relocate to a more functional office due to the progress of our business, so we have relocated our Manila office to a building where major banks and global companies have their offices. We are pleased to announce that we held a blessing ceremony with junca board members to mark the opening of our new office.

The purpose of the Office blessing ceremony which has been held on March 21 is to bring peace, warmth, and comfort to the office where our valued staff and junca members gather. In doing so, it purifies and clears negative energy and paves the way for a fresh flow of inspiration and abundance. The blessing of a chosen environment will deeply harmonize and revitalize the space, allowing the area to become a springboard to positive beginnings and productivity.

The new office will be located on the ground floor of a building that houses offices and branches of major banks and other major companies.
The main office will be operational soon with the interior currently being brought in, etc. We will release news on the opening ceremony as soon as possible, so please stay tuned for more information.

いつもプロジェクトをご支援いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

先日ご案内差し上げました通り、事業の進展に伴い機能的なオフィスへの移設が必要となり、大手銀行やグローバル企業のオフィスが構えられているビルにマニラオフィス移設となりました。グランドオープンに伴いjunca board memberと共にblessing ceremonyを執り行いましたのでお知らせ致します。

3月21日に執り行われたOffice blessing ceremonyの目的は、我々の大切なスタッフ、juncaメンバーの皆様が集うオフィスに平和と温もり、快適さをもたらし、ネガティブなエネルギーを浄化してクリアにし、インスピレーションと豊かさの新鮮な流れに道を開くことです。選んだ環境を祝福することで、その空間は深く調和し、活性化され、ポジティブな始まりと生産性への出発点となることを可能にします。

新しいオフィスは主要銀行をはじめとした大手企業のオフィスや支店が構えられているビルのグラウンドフロアでのオープンになります。
現在インテリア搬入等により近日メインオフィス稼働予定です。オープニングセレモニーの様子など随時ニュースリリースを行って参りますのでご期待頂けますと幸いです。

The ICSB Philippines, an international business support organization, held the conferment of honorary membership 2023 in Manila, Philippines. We are pleased to announce that junca Holdings was invited as a major partner and Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome, CEO of junca Holdings, received the honorary membership.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with NDC (National Development Company), a development and investment agency under DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) of the Philippines.

NDC is a development and investment agency directly under DTI of the Philippines and is a major state-owned enterprise that invests in diverse industries and serves as an effective catalyst for inclusive growth. As a government investment agency, it has contributed to the revitalization of the country's industries by continuously supporting ventures and supporting various projects.

Following the meeting in Manila, Philippines, junca Holdings met with NDC General Manager, Mr. Antonilo DC. Mauricio, and Assistant General Manager, Mr. Saturnino H. Mejia, for a partnership ceremony. During the meeting, Mr. Antonilo DC. Mauricio expressed his interest in junca Holdings' future fintech services utilizing the latest technology. NDC はフィリピン貿易産業省DTI直下の開発投資機関で、多様な産業に投資し包括的な成長の効果的な触媒としての役割を果たす主要な国営企業です。政府投資機関として、継続的にベンチャーの支援、各プロジェクトのサポートなどを行い、国内の産業活性化に貢献してきました。

フィリピンマニラでの会談に引き続き、NDC General Manager, Antonilo DC. Mauricio氏、Assistant General Manager, Saturnino H. Mejia氏と会談し、パートナーシップ提携式を執り行いました。会談の中でAntonilo DC. 【Notice】Appointment Ceremony with PEZA, a Philippine government agency, has been held

As we recently announced our partnership with PEZA, a Philippine government agency, an appointment ceremony was held in Manila, Philippines. We are also pleased to announce that Dr. Nagatome, CEO of junca Holdings, has been appointed by PEZA as the Advisor to the Director General for Investment Promotion.

◯About PEZA
PEZA (Philippines Economic Zone Authority) is part of the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), a government agency. The Philippine government has high expectations for foreign investment to supplement Philippine domestic capital and is actively seeking. As of November 2021, there are 415 special economic zones designated as PEZA by the President of the Philippines to attract foreign investment.

At partnership ceremony, PEZA and junca Holdings agreed to establish a partnership to actively promote the flow of foreign direct investment into the PEZA ecozone. They also agreed that junca Holdings will serve as one of the points of contact to promote the PEZA ecozone globally by attracting investment to the Philippines.

PEZA expects junca Holdings to be an important partner in attracting investment and creating jobs in the region in the future. In the future, junca Holdings will contribute to economic development by supporting investment promotion activities, organizing matchmaking to facilitate the establishment of economic zones, and encouraging the establishment of special economic zones through its platform.

先日フィリピン政府機関PEZAとのパートナーシップ提携のご案内を差し上げましたが、この度フィリピン・マニラにてパートナー任命式が執り行われました。そしてこの度、junca Holdings CEO Dr.永留がPEZAよりフィリピン経済特区投資部門長官顧問に任命頂きましたのでお知らせ致します。

◯PEZAについて
経済特区庁PEZA (Philippines Economic Zone Authority)はフィリピン貿易産業省（DTI）に属している政府機関です。PEZAでは投資を誘致し、輸出を促進することで雇用を創出することなどを使命としています。外国投資を誘致するため、フィリピン大統領によってPEZA経済特区に指定された経済特区は2021年11月時点で415箇所に上ります。

任命式でPEZAとjunca Holdings両当事者はパートナーシップを確立することで、PEZAエコゾーンへの外国直接投資の流れを積極的に促進し、またjunca Holdingsが窓口の一つとなりフィリピンへの投資を呼び込むことで、PEZA エコゾーンを世界的に促進することに合意しました。

【Notice】Speech in Oxford, U.K.

Thank you very much for supporting our project.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome, CEO of junca Holdings, was invited to give a speech at the Oxford Summit of Leaders held in Oxford, UK, as a world leader.

The speech session was attended by representatives from educational institutions, government officials, major corporations, and public organizations from around the world. Dr. Nagatome gave a speech in front of everyone and introduced a corporate introduction video.

Mr.Christian Briggs, Global Club of Leaders President, CEO of New World Insight Ltd, UK；Mr.Ivan Savvov, Savvov House of Awards Oxford UK Founder & Chairman also joined the presentation as moderator and management.

The corporate presentations were based on the following theme; -What is the main function of modern business in society – economic, innovative, ethical or social? – Information transparency and corporate transparency as a necessary element of doing business in the modern world.

In his presentation, Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome explained the origin of junca Holdings, saying that he was inspired and motivated by the energy of Asia’s young population, the positive attitude of its people who, although not wealthy, are always striving to improve their lives, and their “zest for life,” and the tremendous growth of its cities and economies. He also shared how he was inspired and motivated to do his part for Asia and the world.

He also introduced the word "Musubi," which is also used in the logo, as junca's management philosophy.
junca's main activities are to connect people, to improve synergistically through mutual understanding and respect, and to contribute to the success of businesses and society by connecting and expanding through technology. He also stated that he will take the initiative to create many connections and ties between governments, private sectors and communities to contribute to the creation of a fairer and cleaner society.

It is a great honor to be able to share with these very important representatives from around the world about the world peace and global economic development that junca Holdings aims to achieve through its diversified businesses.

いつもプロジェクトをご支援いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

junca Holdings CEO Dr.永留久之が先日ご案内差し上げた英国オックスフォードで開かれたオックスフォード・サミット・オブ・リーダーズにて招待を受け、世界を切り拓くリーダーとしてスピーチを行いましたのでお知らせ致します。

スピーチセッションには世界各地の教育機関や政府関係者、主要企業や公共機関の代表者の方々が参加され、Dr.永留が皆様の前でスピーチを行い、企業紹介ビデオが紹介されました。

スピーチセッションにはモデレーターとマネジメントとしてMr.Christian Briggs, Global Club of Leaders President, CEO of New World Insight Ltd, UK；Mr.Ivan Savvov, Savvov House of Awards Oxford UK Founder & Chairmanも参加されました。

スピーチセッションは「経済的、革新的、倫理的、社会的に見て社会における現代ビジネスの主な機能とは何か？」「現代社会でビジネスを行う上で必要な情報の透明性、企業の透明性は現代社会でビジネスを行う上で必要な要素か。」というテーマの基行われました。

スピーチの中でDr.永留は、junca Holdingsの起源としてアジアの若い人口のエネルギーと、決して裕福でなくとも常に向上心を持って前向きに暮らす人々とその生きる「力」、そして凄まじい勢いで発展していく町と経済に衝撃を受け、自身もアジアと世界のために力を発揮したいというインスピレーションとモチベーションを受けたことを話しました。

また、juncaの経営理念としてロゴにもあしらわれている”結び”という言葉を紹介しました。

◯ Received the International Socrates Award
Dr. Hisayuki Nagatome received the International Socrates Award and was honored on stage. The International Socrates Award is the highest degree of international recognition of professional achievement and accomplishments that enrich human values. The nominees’ selection process is based upon a complex expert survey, the recommendations of the Socrates Nomination Committee partners and clear evaluation criteria and is awarded for contributions to the intellectual development of contemporary society.

【Notice】Partnership with JEPPCA, a Philippine human resources development association

Thank you very much for your continued support of our project. We are pleased to announce that junca Human Resources & Services Inc. and Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines & Consultants'Association, Inc. (JEPPCA) have formed a partnership.

JEPPCA is a reputable Philippine organization duly-registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission and recognized by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as a legitimate private industry association whose members are recruitment agencies licensed to engage In the recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers for all types of land-based jobs in various overseas Job destinations, including Japan.

JEPPCA has more than 70 members, each of which has its own market (country) to supply Filipino workers. So far, they have sent about 3,000 to 5,000 workers to Japan. In addition, outside of Japan (in the Middle East, Europe, America, parts of Asia, parts of Africa, etc.), the largest agencies (the most active agencies) belong to and are members of JEPPCA so they have created employment for a total of more than 50,000 workers worldwide.

The partnership ceremony was attended by Chairperson Ms.Edwina L. Beech, President Ms.Nora Braganza, Treasurer Ms.Imelda Enriquez, and Secretary Ms.Anna Marie Nangan. They expressed their vision for job creation to create a bright future for Japan and the Philippines through the joint activities of junca and JEPPCA.

have agreed to share information on Japanese employers who may require the services of Filipino workers and to mutually commit to stimulate projects and activities to create transparent employment opportunities in the future.

junca Human Resources & Services Inc. will serve as the dedicated partner and will be the first point of contact between the Philippines and Japan to proactively create and contribute to employment opportunities.

junca Holdings will continue its efforts to maximize the value of Asian human resources, which are in a state of flux, by establishing educational institutions, vocational training schools, scholarship programs, and other initiatives to further enhance the value of human resources.

【お知らせ】フィリピン人材送り出し機関JEPPCAとパートナーシップ提携

いつもプロジェクトをご支援いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。この度junca Human Resources & Services Inc. とJapan Employment Providers of the Philippines & Consultants'Association, Inc. (JEPPCA )がパートナーシップを提携しましたのでお知らせ致します。

JEPPCA は証券取引委員会に正式に登録されたフィリピンの信頼できる組織です。フィリピン海外雇用庁（ POEA）により、日本を含む様々な海外就職先でのあらゆる種類の陸上職のためのフィリピン人労働者の募集および派遣に従事するライセンスを有する人材派遣業者をメンバーとする合法的な民間業界団体と認識されています。

JEPPCAには70社以上の会員がおり、それぞれがフィリピン人労働者を供給する市場（国）を持ちこれまで日本には約3,000〜5,000人くらいの人材を送り出しています。また日本以外の国（中東、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、アジアの一部、アフリカの一部など）では、最大の代理店（最も活発な展開をしている代理店）がJEPPCAのメンバーと所属しており、世界で見ると合計約50,000人以上の労働者の雇用を創出してきました。

パートナーシップ提携式ではChairperson Edwina L. Beech氏、Presiden Nora Braganza氏、Treasurer Imelda Enriquez氏、Secretary Anna Marie Nangan氏が参加され、juncaとJEPPCAが今後共同で活動することで日本とフィリピンにとって明るい未来を切り拓くための雇用創出に展望を示されました。

両当事者は今後、フィリピン人労働者のサービスを必要とする可能性のある日本の雇用主に関する情報を共有し、プロジェクトや活動を活発させ透明性の高い雇用機会の創出に互いに尽力することを合意しました。

今後はjunca Human Resources & Services Inc.が専任パートナーとしての役割を担い、フィリピンと日本間の第一窓口として雇用の機会を積極的に作り出し、貢献して参ります。
