ADA Application

Recently, we received an advice from BPI that they will no longer accommodate our ADA application which we apply thru email. With this, we would like to inform you that starting October 2, we will no longer accept unapplied ADA form for all booking/CS accounts. As advised, buyer must be the one to apply their ADA personally at their preferred BPI branch (the most convenient is at BPI Ayala Triangle branch).

- Payment
- Valid Government Issued ID
- Validated TIN
- Proof of Mailing
- Credit Life Insurance

What are the basic requirements for reserving a unit?

* Reservation Agreement & Annexes
- Completely filled out and signed by the buyer.
- If AIF will sign on behalf of the buyer, 2 copies of Notarized Affidavit of Authorized Representative must be provided.

* Installment Purchase Application (IPA)
- Completely filled out and signed by the buyer.
- If the buyer is availing of Spot Cash scheme, no need to submit IPA.
