Construction at the Knightsbridge Residences continues with primer painting for the building’s exterior façade, along with intensive installation works of unit walls, ceilings, electrical and sanitary pipelines.

Waterproofing is also ongoing in the amenity floors and units. Non-skid tiles are being set in place along the tower’s driveway. Workers are also busy applying compound on unit walls in preparation for painting works, while leak-testing for air conditioning units are simultaneously being conducted.

The Knightsbridge Residences at Century City is scheduled for completion by yearend 2013. It is owned and developed by Century City Development Corporation and is located in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City, Philippines. Knightsbridge is the first in the country to introduce Hypersized amenities, the Pod Concept of combining units and an Observatory on its roof deck.

Construction works at the Knightsbridge Residences have shifted to the building’s interiors, focusing on electrical installation, waterline piping and the setting of balcony windows.

While building exterior works are focused on walls, masonry works for the columns and preparations for exterior primer painting, progress within the tower is now concentrated on the electrical installation of conduits and wiring for units, waterline piping for toilets and baths, balcony window installation and interior wall partitioning.

Construction remains on schedule in time for the building’s target completion in December 2013
