With a distinguished career spanning 45 years at Stronghold Insurance, Romulo I. Delos Reyes, Jr. journey began in 1979 as a working student and collector. Through many roles as an employee, his progression through his career has led him to serve as Vice-President for Operations, Vice-President and General Manager, and Executive Vice-President and General Manager prior to his current role as President and General Manager.

Through his dedication, perseverance as well as people-centric, and hands-on leadership style, Mr. Delos Reyes has firmly placed the company into the Top 10 non-life insurance companies in the Philippines through several achievements. One of them is by doubling their net worth and achieving the largest single premium transaction in December 2023. Mr. Delos Reyes has envisioned the company becoming the leading non-life insurance provider by 2030.
