HR Recruitment Officer
Qualifications:
1. Preferably graduate of Psychology or any related course
2. With at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment and placement
Management Competencies:
1. High Values & Ethics
2. Proficient in oral and written communication
3. Effective in problem solving and decision making
4. Potential in Supervisory Level
5. Effective in Strategic Planning and Organizing activities
6. Effective in Management
7. Effective in leading a team, ability to coach and train
Technical Competencies:
1. Computer literate and familiar on operation and application of the following programs:
a. MS Word
b. MS Excel
c. MS PowerPoint
d. Internet Explorer
2. Human Resources Management Skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using on line job websites, social media etc
2. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
3. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
6. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
7. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
8. Conduct prescreening interviews
9. Ensures that knowledge is up to date on the latest recruiter tools and suggests improvements to enhance the organization’s capacity to attract talent across the company.
10. Conduct continuous Recruitment and Selection and undertake hiring as necessary
11. Monitors employee status and updates employee records accordingly. Coordination with concerned personnel relations on employee /assignment and compensation/benefits.
12. Perform others task that maybe assigned from time to time.
