2021, I decided to join PRU Life UK.

Days after my Tatay was discharged from the hospital, I made a promise to myself— I never want to experience asking for financial help again.

This would have been my first death claim.

I was able to insure this client last May 2023 (husband of one of my Nanay’s friends) Unfortunately, he was not able to continue paying for his plan. 🙏🏼

Habang nag-aayos ako ng policies for delivery kahapon, I saw his booklet and checked all the benefits.

Unpaid & lapsed in 2024.
He passed away last August due to a heart problem.

This is a reminder that insurance only works when it’s active. Protection is not just about having a policy — it’s about keeping it in force when life happens.
