In compliance with BSP Circular No.1218, the KEB Hana Bank-Manila Branch will carry out Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) for Large Value Payouts (e.g. withdrawals) of more than PHP 500,000.00 or it's equivalent in foreign currency in a single transaction or in series of transactions within one (1) Banking day starting October 6,2025. Large value payouts shall only be made, facilitated, or transacted through Check Payment, Fund Transfers, Remittance, Direct Credit to Deposit Account, and/or other form of digital payment platforn of the bank.
The Large value payouts will be accomodated, provided that the customer can submit additional identifiation information and/or proof of legitimate business purpose or transaction, to be attached in the Branch's Confirmation of Substantial Amount Transaction Form.
