Remember OKAY LANG MANGUTANG pero alamin mo muna kung saan mo gagamitin ang pera na uutangin mo. Uutang ka ba to fund your business or uutang ka ba to maintain your lavish lifestyle?

There is what you call good debt wherein you borrow money to make more money. This is what you call investing. You can invest your money in putting up your own business or buying shares of stocks at a company of your choice.

On the other hand there is what you call bad debt wherein you borrow money but do not expect something in return to pay off the debt. We can relate to our impulsive use of credit card, to buy goods and services without planning in advance.

REMEMBER your goal in borrowing money should benefit you and not be burdensome.

I understand na marami ka pang gastusin. Lahat tayo ay may pinag kakagastusan. Lahat tayo may binabayaran. But do you think our expenses will stop once SICKNESS, ACCIDENT, and DISABILITY happens to us?

Our expenses will never stop and additional medical expenses will pile up. And that’s what we are trying to avoid. Kaya mag pa insure ka na habang insurable ka pa.

-Bes remind kita ang bills natin ay hindi tumitigil. Ang bayarin ba natin sa kuryente, tubig, pag kain ay tumitigil ba? Titigil din ba ang mga bayarin pag nag kasakit ka? No! Hindi titigil ito kahit magkasakit tayo kundi dadagdag pa sa sakit sa ulo natin ang mga hospital bills.

- Bes, i know someone who was diagnosed of cancer at age 24. I know someone who met a fatal accident at age 20. I know someone who was highblood and diabetic at age 18. I know someone who was robbed of her life at age 16. Bes, you will never know the future.
