Isa ito sa pinakamahirap na parte ng pagpapatakbo ng negosyo.

Hindi lang paghahanap ng tao.

Kundi paghahanap ng taong puwedeng pagkatiwalaan.

Yung marunong makisama.

Maayos humawak ng customer.

At gustong manatili.

Skills puwedeng matutunan.

Character, mas mahirap hanapin.

Ang tamang tao, hindi lang nakakadagdag ng trabaho. Nakakadagdag siya ng kumpiyansa.

Nag-message na naman si supplier:

"Sir, may price adjustment po tayo next week."

Isang message lang.

Pero sunod-sunod na agad ang kailangang pag-isipan.

Absorb mo ba muna?

Magtataas ka ng presyo?

Maghahanap ng ibang supplier?

O titiisin muna ang mas maliit na margin?

Hindi nakikita ng customer ang mga desisyong ito.

Pero dito madalas nasusukat ang tibay ng isang negosyo.

May mga decisions na walang perfect answer. Ang mahalaga, pinag-isipan bago ginawa.
