Forbes Just Named the Best Banks in the Philippines for 2026. Here’s the Full List.

Forbes released its 2026 World's Best Banks list, and the results say a lot about where Filipino banking is headed.

Over 54,000 people across 34 countries were surveyed on trustworthiness, fees, customer service, digital tools, and financial advice.

Here is how Philippine banks ranked:
1. MariBank Philippines
2. GoTyme Bank
3. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
4. UnionBank Philippines
5. Maya Bank
6. Metrobank
7. LANDBANK
8. Philippine National Bank (PNB)

The biggest story here is the continued rise of digital banks. GoTyme at #2 and Maya at #5 — both are banks you can open entirely on your phone, earn high interest on your savings, and use for everyday transactions.

According to Forbes, trustworthiness was the most important factor for banking customers worldwide, followed by digital services and customer service.

Not everyone is happy to see you win– small wins in your work? Big wins in your life? And that’s really okay.

Some people are just watching, observing and waiting for you to fail, that’s why you should be covered in prayer.

God sees what you can’t.
God knows your weaknesses.

However,
God protects.
God elevates.

Keep showing up.
Keep moving forward.
Keep praying.

Back when I was a kid, we grew up with things na hindi marangya pero kontento kami. Masaya kami.

No rich parents
No backers
No luxurious stuff

Not until I consistently trusting and obeying the Lord. All the hard works and tears paid off. May mga answered prayers.

He sees you, He hears you, He knows the desires of your heart.

Little by little, we’re living the life that our parents deserved and that God’s allowed.
