And today, I visited the AIA Philippines Makati Customer Service Center to ask for updates on some client concerns that I have: one death claim, one dividends payout, one policy concern on waiver of premium.
All three? Resolved.
The death claim is my first ever, under a group life insurance plan. 🙏
