DID YOU KNOW? Insurance proceeds may be claimed via bank (other than CTA or credit-to-account), and with AIA Philippines, it is via BPI!

May it be:
✅️ Redemption, surrender, loan or refund
✅️ Hospitalization, medical reimbursement or critical illness benefit
✅️ Annual, semi-annual or maturity payout

Steps on how to claim via BPI:

1️⃣ Upon approval of claim, you will be issued a 18-digit reference number via SMS.
2️⃣ Present this number to the counter to be issued a check. Just present 2 valid IDs for verification of identity. Sign documents accordingly.
3️⃣ The issued check may be encashed in the same bank or it may be deposited it to your chosen bank account.
