I used to believe that if we protect our people, our people will protect our business. I still do. But I've learned that protecting our standards is equally important. Standards are the guardrails that keep everything aligned, maintain quality, and ensure that no one person's actions pull the team off course.

Standards are set to keep individuals grow, for teams to become stronger, and for businesses to become profitable and impactful.

A business without standards that are protected, alongside people who are aligned and committed to upholding them, eventually becomes a business without profit. And a business without profit is a business without sustainability—it is only surviving.
