HIRING PART-TIME ESL TEACHERS (work-from-home)
Job Title: Part-Time ESL Teacher

Important to know: This is regular employment and is not a “booking” system or sub-contracting. Teachers are paid for the hours they are required to be available for work not per class conducted. There is an employee-employer relationship and is governed by the labor laws of the Philippines.
Job Description:
- We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced part-time ESL teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about teaching English and able to create a dynamic and interactive classroom experience for our students, with no attendance issues, and with good work ethics.
Teachers will:
- Provide quality online English classes focusing on English speaking.
- Teach various levels of ESL (beginner to advanced) to a diverse group of learners.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a consistent educational experience.
Candidates must have:
- Previous experience teaching ESL to adults and children, either in-person or online of at least six months
- Good English communication skills (grammar and pronunciation)
- The ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Familiarity with technology and online platforms.
- Stable internet connection; noise cancelling headset; neat, quiet, and well-lit work area; and a good working computer
- a Microsoft Teams account (formerly Skype)
Schedule:
- 5 PM to 10 PM Monday through Friday
Teachers will:
- Have compensation that comprises a monthly basic rate; perfect attendance incentive; internet and equipment subsidy; and teaching incentives totaling to a monthly gross of Php9,000 to Php10,500 (subject to mandatory deductions: SSS, Philhealth, PagIBIG, etc) for working only 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. This does not include holiday pays.
- Have SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG coverage, and all mandatory benefits mandated by law such as 13th month pay
- Work with a supportive and collaborative team and staff.
- Gain experience in a multicultural teaching environment.
- Have additional ESL teaching experience, which is verifiable as the company is duly registered.

Once considered for the position, the basic pre-employment requirements are:
- Proof of SSS (photocopy of your E1 form or SSS ID or screenshot of SSS online Member Details or any SSS document that shows your name and SSS number).
- Proof of Philhealth (photocopy of your PhilHealth card or MDR: Members Data Form or screenshot of online Members Data Form)
- Proof of PagIBIG (photocopy of any pagibig form that contains your name and MID number)
- Proof of TIN (photocopy of TIN ID/Card or BIR form 2316 from a previous employer or any BIR form that contains your name and TIN)
- Clear copy of Birth Certificate
- un expired NBI or Police clearance
- Photocopy of Transcript of records or diploma
- ESL teaching certificates (TESOL, TEFL) if there are any
- Clear photocopy of one valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, UMID, PRC, ePhilID, PhilID)
