Ito yung real talk about interview kaba — walang sugarcoating.

Hindi ka kinakabahan dahil mahiyain ka.
Hindi dahil introvert ka.
Hindi dahil “weak English”.

👉 Kinakabahan ka dahil kulang ka sa preparation + clarity.
And that’s fixable.

Bakit ka talaga kinakabahan sa interview?

1️⃣ Hindi ka sigurado sa value mo
Deep down iniisip mo:
“Deserve ko ba ‘to?”
“Baka mahuli akong hindi magaling.”

2️⃣ Wala kang control sa outcome
Interview = may huhusga.
At ayaw ng utak natin ang uncertainty.

3️⃣ Ginagawa mong superior ang client
“Sila may pera.”
“Ako naghahanap lang.”
Kaya nagiging interrogation imbes na conversation.

4️⃣ Hindi ka ready sa actual questions
Takot ma-mental block.
Takot mapahiya.
Takot maubusan ng sagot.

Truth bomb 💣

Ang kaba ay hindi weakness. Signal siya.

It means:
✔️ may pakialam ka
✔️ may stake
✔️ may gusto kang mangyari

Ang problema lang:
Hindi mo siya na-convert into readiness.
