I honestly donโt like posting things like this, but sometimes a reminder is necessary.
We understand that not everyone will agree with our requirements or choose to continue with an application and that is completely okay. You are always free to decline or withdraw your application.
What is not okay is expecting us to bend, skip, or change our established procedures just because you want the loan.
Our application process is there for a reason. Every applicant goes through the same process, and no one is exempt from our policies.
We are not desperate for borrowers. We would rather lose an application than compromise the standards and procedures we have put in place to protect both our business and our legitimate borrowers.
Our rules are not negotiable.
Our process is not optional.

And if our terms or requirements are not for you, that's perfectly fine. There is no hard feeling.

And we don't have to compromise our standards just to lend to you.
